In these times, there are generally many frauds and many “calls to action” urging you to move quickly and recover lost assets due to the COVID-19 pandemic. People claim that today, more than ever, times are tough financially and you need to act quickly to recover your assets! I disagree!
First of all, NEVER allow yourself to be pressured into ANYTHING! The best decisions are made calmly and without excessive pressure.
Secondly, I would be very distrustful of people who take advantage of adverse situations to manipulate people and stir up additional panic.
From a procedural point of view, keep in mind that many of the institutional entities that need to get involved to release the assets may be closed, or on a low rotational workload. So, things are not necessarily going to move very quickly, but the sooner your case gets dealt with the sooner it will be resolved.
That said, if YOU decide that you want to take advantage of these times of confinement to clean up your garage, storage closet, paperwork and, while you are at it, also attend to the matter of your lost assets, then why not? Since you are already in the “putting things in order” mode, it would be easier to dig out the few supporting documentation that will be required and get the ball rolling. So, if you are at that point, contact us at Tessa International Asset recovery Inc. to assist you.
