$128,000,000,000 is an amount exceeding most countries’ annual budget and our estimated sum of lost assets out there, waiting to be returned their rightful owners!

Now imagine just a small part of this money returned to the constituents of a country. What effect could say, $1 million have on a community? What inevitably happens is that this money will start to circulate among the residents when the owners of these monies begin to buy products and services to better their standard of living.  The transfer of this same $1 million may pay for the construction of a new home, thus providing money to members of the construction industry working on the project and they, in turn, buy supplies and food also channelling the same $1 million onto other industries which could include the fishing, farming and day-care industries, who in turn provide food and care for the family members of the construction workers.  As you can imagine this cycle continues and the same monies filter to many areas providing employment, health services and other fundamental services required to support a thriving community.

Also, as that money circulates, at each transaction, the goods and services are taxed as a value-added tax and simultaneously, income tax is generated!  This flow of money generates taxes many times over for the governments, who in turn spend on improving the social welfare and infrastructure of the society in which you live, creating a healthier, safer and happier environment.

At TESSA, we believe that recuperating lost assets improves the quality of life of our clients and their surrounding communities. This improvement of the surrounding environment increases jobs and lowers crime rates. A recent study conducted in Philadelphia* showed that there is a high correlation between the number of green areas in a community and the reduction in crime rates. Therefore, when governments have higher budgets to create and maintain green spaces and better education, it follows that the crime rate drops and one's level of anxiety also decreases!

Also, considering that the availability of disposable income facilitates innovation, the recovery of assets could also stimulate regional economic growth by way of investment in entrepreneurial start-ups which in turn also improve our lifestyle.

It for this reason that we at TESSA are so very keen on helping as many people, organizations and businesses to recover as many assets as possible and make them work for you so many times over.
